Technical Account Representative

TechSeven Partners is looking for a Technical Account Representative who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our growing base of clients and partners. You will serve as technical support and consultant, ensuring exceptional customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of servers, desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software complying with given standards and guidelines.
  • Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve problems with technical equipment and software.
  • Recommend and implement upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
  • Assess functional needs to determine system purchase specifications.
  • Identify and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Proficiency with implementation and functionality of RMM and PSA software.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related function is required.
  • Must have knowledge of: Domains, Active Directory, Group Policy, network configuration and troubleshooting, routers, and current operating systems for servers and desktops.
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, & Initiative.
  • Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need.
  • Technical and project management certifications a plus.
  • Telecommunications knowledge a plus.
